Wedding Officiant
Welcome! I’d be honored to help you create a warm, meaningful ceremony that reflects your relationship, your values, and the way you want to begin your marriage.
About your officiant
My role is to guide you through your wedding ceremony and help make it personal and meaningful. Before your wedding, we’ll discuss your vows, ceremony style, and any special touches you’d like to include.
On your wedding day, I lead the ceremony and complete the officiant’s portion of your marriage paperwork. We’ll also review the issuing office’s instructions for returning it.
Every couple is welcome here, and every ceremony is shaped around the people at its heart.

Apply for your marriage license through the county clerk’s office. Check its identification requirements, fees, and expiration date.
Before the wedding, we’ll discuss your vows, ring exchange, and any personal touches.
Bring your valid marriage license to the ceremony and arrange any required witnesses.
What paperwork do we need?
Before your wedding, you’ll need to obtain a marriage license from the county clerk’s office. The clerk is the local government office that issues marriage licenses, separate from your wedding officiant.
Contact the office where you plan to apply for its appointment process, identification requirements, fees, and license expiration date. Your ceremony must take place before the license expires.
Bring your marriage license to the ceremony. Afterward, your officiant and any required witnesses complete the appropriate sections, and the completed license must be returned according to the issuing office’s instructions. Who signs and who returns the license depends on local requirements.
A keepsake wedding certificate is not a substitute for your official marriage record.
You are responsible for obtaining your marriage license before the ceremony. I perform the ceremony; I do not issue marriage licenses.
